The Third Session of the College of lnformation Technology Council 2025-2026
**The College of Information Technology Council Holds Its Third Open Session for the 2025–2026 Academic Year**
The Council of the College of Information Technology held its third open session for the 2025–2026 academic year, chaired by the University President and Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, and attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Salah Farhan, along with the heads of the scientific departments and council members.
The Dean opened the session by conveying the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to his own instructions regarding teaching staff workloads, organizing invigilation schedules, appointing hall supervisors, and the mechanism for working with the SIS system, as well as the lists of students included in the examinations. Emphasis was also placed on the approval of curricula by the scientific committees and full compliance with the approved instructions and regulations.
At the conclusion of the session, His Excellency praised the efforts made by the council members, commending the high level of coordination and the completion of the necessary preparations for the first-semester examinations for first-year students, which are scheduled to begin tomorrow, Thursday. He wished the students continued success and achievement.
