The office is dedicated to providing specialized consulting services in various engineering fields (civil, architectural, electrical, chemical), as well as other engineering disciplines. It also conducts structural assessments of damaged buildings and offers solutions and guidance for addressing problems, led by professors specialized in engineering sciences. The office aims to collaborate with government departments and the private sector to contribute to the reconstruction of our country and Al-Anbar province, in alignment with the requirements of the current phase and the necessary technical specifications, ensuring that the University of Fallujah plays an optimal role in the reconstruction of our beloved province.

Objectives:
- Contribute to the development and reconstruction of Fallujah city in particular, and Al-Anbar province in general, after years of war and destruction that affected its infrastructure, public service, industrial, and commercial facilities. This requires the services of a consulting office that contributes to implementation and supervision during the reconstruction phase and beyond.
- Develop the capabilities and competencies of academic and technical staff by integrating their academic experience with practical and consulting aspects and exchanging experiences with other offices inside and outside Iraq.
- Supervise the implementation of projects for the university and both public and private sectors according to agreed timelines and with the highest quality standards based on technical specifications.
- Strengthen the relationship between the university and academic studies on one side and the community on the other.
- Transfer academic and research skills and apply them in the field through projects supervised by the consulting office.
- Develop engineering competencies in various state sectors through professional practice and providing specialized technical expertise and support in various fields.
- Contribute to the advancement of professional practice and the methodologies of engineering work in Iraq, including fields such as oil, transport, industry, and all forms of telecommunications.
- Create guaranteed economic and social revenue opportunities for the university, which can support the reconstruction and expansion of its damaged buildings.
- Provide awareness studies that can create job opportunities for local workers from the city of Fallujah and Al-Anbar province, especially for graduates, skilled individuals, and unemployed persons, by utilizing their expertise in various fields.
