Objectives / Functions:
* Following up on legal matters, investigation councils, and audits in accordance with the law.
* Providing legal and administrative advice to all units and departments.
* Developing employees’ skills through workshops, seminars, and lectures that enhance knowledge for all.
Duties:
* Representing the college or university before judicial authorities.
* Drafting, reviewing, and auditing contracts.
* Following up on committees formed by the college in accordance with legal requirements.
* Monitoring cases related to administrative and financial corruption.
* Documenting judicial rulings issued by the competent authorities.
