The vision of the Studies and Planning Division at the College of Information Technology – University of Fallujah is to strive toward achieving institutional excellence and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance through effective strategic planning and the preparation of accurate studies that support decision-making, in alignment with quality standards and academic accreditation requirements, thereby contributing to the development of the university and the achievement of its future goals with efficiency and sustainability.
Mission
The mission of the Studies and Planning Division is to prepare strategic and operational plans and monitor their implementation according to precise scientific foundations, collect and analyze data and statistics to support decision-makers, and work to enhance quality standards and academic accreditation in a way that achieves continuous development and elevates the institutional performance of the university.
Objectives
The objectives of the Studies and Planning Division include preparing and following up on the university’s strategic and operational plans, collecting and analyzing the data and statistics necessary to support decision-making, developing information databases and statistical indicators, strengthening quality and academic accreditation requirements, and contributing to improving institutional performance and achieving sustainable development in alignment with the university’s vision and mission.
Tasks
The tasks of the Studies and Planning Division include preparing and monitoring the college’s strategic and operational plans, collecting and analyzing academic and administrative data and submitting it to the university presidency, preparing annual statistics related to the numbers of students, faculty members, and staff, monitoring performance indicators and ensuring the fulfillment of quality and academic accreditation requirements, in addition to preparing periodic reports that contribute to supporting administrative decisions and developing academic work within the college.
